Unfortunately, we were not able to migrate your customer information from the old website. This means you are required to re-register to set up an account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope that this new software will eliminate some of the glitches experienced with the old system.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS. Please be sure the shipping address you enter is compatible. Our software uses the date the mailing label is printed as the "Ship Date". That date may not necessarily be the actual ship date. Orders received before 1:00 PM CST will usually ship that same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will normally ship the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday. All shipments take second seat to missions. An order may have a slight delay if we have a local mission to attend.

NOTE: If you are missing an item from your order, look on the Mailing Label on the outside of the package. The label shows the Item Code and Quantity Ordered.
If it's printed in red, followed by (B/O), it means that item is on Back Order and will be shipped as soon as it arrives.
If it's missing and not in red print, it's probably an error. Let us know and we'll take immediate action to remedy the situation.
